Yesterday I started speaking about using artificial intelligence for content generation and how far we’ve come.
I challenged you to see if you could figure out which of my previous three articles were generated. Keep in mind that the generated ones were published with no editing.
Ok, so one of them was fairly easy to spot. The Advantages of AI talks about “over-the-shoe purchases”, which is quite amusing.
And then there are the last 2 paragraphs. Where it sounds to me like the AI is trying to explain how humans and AI should just get along and we need to understand that any harm would not be malicious, so we should just accept that this is the way the world is going to be.
I’m not sure if I should be scared or amused.
I think maybe a bit of both.
Then we get to Training Your Affiliate Marketing AI. This one had fewer issues, but it’s still a bit clumsy in a few places.
So yes, those two were written by an AI.
I think How Do You Manage Your Business in a Way That Maximizes the Business Value Created by Your AI Solution? is better (except for the fact that the title is nearly as long as the article).
That one was also written by the AI. I was lazy and just generated all three.
So is auto-generated content viable? Well, yeah, but with some noteworthy caveats. Let me explain how I did this and why it works.
I used a tool called Creaite by Joshua Zamora. And they quite cleverly train the AI on each specific
niche (over 70 at launch). By doing it for very specific niches, it’s able to write articles that make sense.
Granted, the content does feel a little soulless and unstructured, so you should edit it to infuse some of your own style and possibly restructure it a bit, but it could be a good starting point for content even if you end up completely restructuring it.
The downside of this approach is that if you want to use it outside those niches, you can’t. You’ll have to wait for Joshua’s team to add the niche. They are planning to add another couple hundred niches in the coming months, and they do take requests, but there are no guarantees.
There you have it. The first way to create content using AI.
