Is Twitter and Facebook useful for business?

There’s a lot of hype about social media and using it for marketing. The two main platforms that are usually quoted would be Twitter and Facebook.

Facebook profiles is useless for marketing, but pages and PPC could be useful. Twitter however can give you huge ROI if you can avoid being eaten alive by it.
